You are also assured that when providing us with an invention disclosure, the invention disclosure will be attorney-client privileged communication and will be accordingly held in the strictest confidence. It should be noted that unless you are communicating with a bar licensed attorney, attorney-client privilege does not necessarily attach to your communications.  Communications with organizations that are not law firms and who only provide one or two "e-mail consultations" with a registered practioner as part of their application process, are not necessarily attorney-client privileged communications.
