Mark Konieczny, J.D.

Mark holds a law degree (J.D.) from Boston College Law School, Newton, MA (2002) and is a registered practitioner before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Reg. No. 47,715).  Mark is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, BBO# 654943 (2002) and the District of Columbia, Bar ID 1004352 (2011).


Mark has nearly 20 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Mark has also served as counsel for appeals and trial proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Mark handles everything from patent application preparation and prosecution at the US Patent Office to infringement actions before US federal courts.

Matthew Lestina, J.D.

Matt holds a law degree (J.D.) from SUNY at Buffalo Law School (1995); an M.S. E.E., Cornell University (1988); and a B.S., E.E., SUNY at Buffalo, Summa Cum Laude (1985).  Matt is licensed to practice before the USPTO (Reg. No. 44,437) and is admitted to the New York State bar.


Matt also has previous experience as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Matt has over 25 years of experience in the practice of patent law with experience in all matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
