Attorney Bio

Mark holds a law degree (J.D.) from Boston College Law School, Newton, MA (2002) and has been a registered practitioner before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Reg. No. 47,715) since 2001.  Mark is admitted to the District of Columbia bar and to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, DC. Mark has been practicing patent law exclusively since 2002.

Mark has extensive experience in patent law including preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and serving as counsel for appeals and trial proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) at the USPTO. Mark handles everything from patent application preparation, filing, and prosecution, including appeals and trial proceedings before the USPTO, to appeals to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
